Noodle can last 5 days kept in the cold refrigerator, and 1 day at room temperature. Can be kept in the freezer to last longer but it is advisable to consume it within a week. Defreeze it for 45 minutes before cooking.

Steps:

1) Boil the water in a pot.

2) Put the noodles in after the water is boiled.

3) Wait for the noodles to float on the water surface (estimate about 40-50 seconds) for it to be cooked.

4) Mix it with the sauce of your choice, for example, with Crispy Fried Shallots, and add on minced meat.

5) You can add scallions or braised pork slices for more flavors
